The L.I.S. sponsors unique, stimulating local tours and day trips led by prominent scholars.

Specifically designed itineraries include visits to archaeological sites (many of which are currently being excavated and are NOT open to the public) this allows members to experience archaeology in ways not usually accessible to the average tourist.
